Ethics, Integrity, and Professionalism are the core values essential across a wide range of professions. These values guide professionals in carrying out their daily responsibilities in an ethical and responsible manner.

This modular course is designed to provide conceptual clarity and familiarize learners with ethical dilemmas and ethical decision-making processes. It aims to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to apply and uphold Ethics, Integrity, and Professionalism in their everyday lives.

Upon completion of this modular course, graduates will be able to:

• Uphold integrity

• Demonstrate professionalism

• Apply Ethics and Integrity Management (EIM) tools

To obtain certification, learners must achieve all the prescribed learning outcomes of the course.

Information and Communication Technology provides access to 
information through the  knowledge on application software, hardware, 
internet and email enables accessing and utilizing ICT more effectively 
for efficient and productive delivery of work   
This course is designed to provide applicable, hands-on skills and 
experiential way of learning to TVET graduates using application 
software and basic hardware. It will enable them to acquire the skills 
and knowledge required for employability, workplace enhancement and 
career up-gradation for lifelong learning. 
The overall course includes contents that focus on computer system, 
internet and email, basic Microsoft Word, basic Microsoft PowerPoint 
and basic Microsoft Excel for National Certificate Level II courses. For 
National Certificate Level III courses, the content includes advanced 
Microsoft Word, advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced 
Microsoft Excel. For National Diploma courses, the content includes   
basic Photoshop, Google Apps, basic computer maintenance and 
Microsoft Access that are essential in the world of work.

This course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to become competent hair and beauty therapists, in line with professional standards in the industry.  

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be qualified to work in salons and the beauty industry, where they can perform various duties, including skin care, hair care, and hair chemical services.  

To obtain the **Hair and Beauty Therapist NC II** qualification, all prescribed learning outcomes for this certification must be successfully achieved.
